Father and son. Thirty-five years between us.
NLD Construction Ltd began the way most good building firms do: on site, with tools in hand and a reputation earned one project at a time. Today it is run as a family business from West London, delivering substantial residential and commercial work across the capital and beyond.
Between us we have thirty-five years of experience across period restoration, structural alteration, new build and high-specification finishing. That background is why clients trust us with houses that matter to them, and why architects are comfortable handing over drawings they care about.
We deliberately keep our workload measured. A concentrated number of projects means the directors stay involved day to day — and it means discretion, which many of our clients value as much as the finish itself.
