Whole-house refurbishment for period and contemporary homes: structural alterations, full M&E replacement, bespoke joinery, stone and specialist finishes. We coordinate architects, interior designers and specialist suppliers so the detail that was drawn is the detail that gets built.

Ground-up construction from foundations to handover, including replacement dwellings and full redevelopments. Groundworks, structural frame, envelope, services and fit-out delivered under one team, with building control, warranty and utility coordination handled throughout.

Single and double-storey side, rear and wrap-around extensions, basements and garden wings. We manage party wall matters, temporary works, structural steel and large-format glazing — and we keep the existing house liveable and secure wherever the programme allows.

Category A and B fit-outs for offices, studios, hospitality and retail. Phased and out-of-hours programmes to keep clients trading, full landlord and building-management liaison, and documented handover packs on completion.

Dormer, mansard and hip-to-gable conversions, including conservation-area schemes. Tight roof geometry, concealed steelwork, acoustic separation and building-control sign-off handled as standard, with finishes that match the rest of the house rather than announcing themselves.
